Detailed Artwork Requirements
It's important to note that when providing your artwork, we must receive your image formatted to 100%, two colour black and white and no dithering or anti-aliasing (or with suitable alternative colour seperation).
Please provide your artwork to a resolution minimum of 1200dpi. This is required to ensure we produce your die to a sharp, crisp image perfect for excellent foil impressing.
We can use .pdf, .eps, .qxp, .qxd, .sit, .ps, .tif and .pict files up to 2.0mb. We are unable to use .jpg (or JPEG) files.
If we receive your order and artwork by 12 noon we can usually dispatch your dies the same day. However artwork received after this time will be despatched the following working day.
When you want to upload your artwork, browse online to your required die material product and click the 'Use this File' button to browse for the right file on your PC or network.
If we receive artwork which does not meet the above outlined requirements, we will contact the orderer as soon as possible and request the re-submission of improved artwork. If we are unable to successfully contact and communicate with the orderer (or an authorised colleague), we will do our best to adjust the artwork to a higher standard. In the event of this situation, we will impose a £25 nominal charge for each artwork file adjusted. We will then complete the production of your die order, but we cannot guarantee our high quality production standards when printing artwork that does not meet our requirements.
