We carry our own line of die fixing toggle hooks & bunter posts along with many other make ready consumables and accessories including scalpels, blades, heat foam, toggle keys & bits, die cleaning brushes, presspahn, pertinex, epoxy glassboard, heat tape and other make ready materials.
Our online die ordering system, we believe, is second to none, our excellent die department produce copper and magnesium foiling dies and magnesium embossing dies that can be suppled with hard or flexible counter forces if required. The system allows you to get an instant price for your die, upload your artwork to us and then simply place and process your order.
We also offer a range of high quality Kurz hot stamping foil in popular colours and finishes including gold, silver and coloured metallic foils and a range of hologram foils. These can be used across a wide range of machines and provide excellent results. You can order most of our foil rolls in 5 cm width increments a two different lengths so you only need to buy what you need.
Our shop carries a wide range of parts for foiling/embossing and litho printing machines including great value parts for the Heidelberg G/GT 13" x 18" (33cm x 46cm) and 10" x 15" (26cm x 38cm) windmill presses and the Polygraph Victoria 1040.
If you are looking to save money on foil and make your Heidelberg GTP or GT more efficient we have the Foil Optimiser, an easy to install foil pull upgrade that takes over from the old mechanical pull and give you an amazing level of control. It can also be fitted with a hologram registration system for even finer control and you have the option of temperature control and impression control.
We can also supply the Foil Expert system which is a complete conversion kit for a G/GT press including an electronic pull through, heated bed and a foil control kit. This can also be fitted with our simple but highly effective hologram reegistration system.
We can supply high quality replacement heater plates for machines across the Heidelberg range. These precision machined honeycomb beds are made from high grade aluminium making them light and having great thermal properties. They can also be fitted with 4 zone heater control systems if required.
If you need to leave your bed on overnight why not consider one of our radiant barrier blankets. Placing one of these over your bed can reduce electricity consumption by up to 20% and along with saving you money helps reduce your carbon footprint.
