It is important to note that Profoil does not store any of your payment details after your online transaction is complete.
We now offer a payment by Bank Transfer should you prefer. Proceed through the checkout as normal and select Direct Bank Transfer as your payment method. Attached to your order confirmation email you will find a Proforma Invoice for your convenience.
You can apply for a Profoil credit account if you regularly place orders with us and/or for goods over a £1,000. Please email [email protected] for an application form. Profoil utilises an external credit rating service to help us make a decision on all account approvals.
We offer UK and worldwide delivery services using DPD (UK) Courier and Fedex (UK) International Express/Express Saver. When placing an order, please view your available delivery options and calculated charges at the checkout. Our Courier services offer you parcel tracking.
We offer 2 day courier delivery options to all non-mainland locations. Please see your online checkout for calculation.
International charges are calculated at checkout based on your Shipping Country location and the weight/volumetric size of the items in your basket.
Profoil reserves to right to withold an order and charge an additonal fee for international deliveries to residential addresses. This fee is to cover the £5 GBP charge from our International couriers, both FedEx and DHL to deliver to a residential address. We do and have always tried our very best to be competitive on delivery pricing, but this residential charge is now in addition to a €5 EURO “Brexit EU-UK charge” which all the couriers imposed per consignment from goods moving from the UK into the EU since January 2021.
Together, the residential charge addition means this is almost a £10 GBP fee per delivery to us which we simply cannot absorb any further. We have and are currently continuing to absorb the cost of the single “Brexit EU-UK charge” for customers having deliveries to a Non-residential address.
We will continue to review this position and hope someday soon these additional courier charges Profoil is incurring will be removed.
We incorporate a handling charge against each order. Handling is charged at 20% cost of the total shipping cost and is incorporated in the Shipping charge displayed at checkout.
Orders for delivery within the UK and provided we receive your order by 2.00pm, we will aim to have it packed and shipped the same day*. Orders received after 2.00pm, we will aim to have shipped on the next business day. Orders for delivery outside the UK must be received by 12pm to have it packed and shipped the same day*.

You must inform us within three working days from receipt of goods if your goods are lost, damaged or if there is a discrepancy, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery handler and/or correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence to us.
On completion of an order with Profoil, you agree that proof of delivery, supplied by our delivery courier services is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
From time to time, we may offer a free delivery service based upon a minimum order value. It may be beneficial to spend more on products to take advantage of free delivery for a greater saving. Be sure to calculate your order. Free delivery does not affect your statutory rights.
