Our APC/UPS services offer you parcel tracking and insurance. Your parcel tracking number is available from us upon request. Items sent via Royal Mail cannot be tracked and we cannot accept any liability for lost items.
We incorporate a handling charge against each order. Handling is charged at 20% cost of the total shipping cost and is incorporated in the Shipping & Handling charge displayed at checkout.
We have a number of products available in our range of which we can only ship via courier. Based on the products added to your basket, you may only have courier services for selection. This is due to the size volume and weight of a product. See individual product descriptions for advance notices.
Orders for delivery within the UK and provided we receive your order by 2.00pm, we will aim to have it packed and shipped the same day*. Orders received after 2.00pm, we will aim to have shipped on the next business day.
*Excludes orders for dies. See our Die Ordering Guide for more information on delivery, which super-cedes this information.
You must inform us within three working days from receipt of goods if your goods are lost, damaged or if there is a discrepancy, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and/or correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence to us.
On completion of an order with Profoil, you agree that proof of delivery, supplied by our delivery courier services is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
FREE Delivery service:
From time to time, we may offer a free delivery service based upon a minimum order value. It may be beneficial to spend more on products to take advantage of free delivery for a greater saving.
