Terms of Price Match

Where advertised by Profoil, we will match prices in GBP for products which are publicly available to customers, based on those prices displayed online or in the form of an official quotation from another UK company. The price has to apply to an identical individual product price, in terms of and not restricted too, make, model, packsize and grade (quality) and does not include shipping charges, import taxes, duty etc.

We won’t match to second-hand and/or used items.

We don’t offer a guarantee on a price match to special prices which have been pre-agreed to certain customers based upon negotiated prices. However, please inform us, as we will do our best to either match or get as close to the price as possible.

We don’t match prices only available via 3rd party websites, or with voucher codes.

Lastly, we can do our best to match pricing against EURO and USD prices, but due to exchange rate variations, we cannot guarantee a price match. Profoil uses fair monthly exchange rates set by HMRC Revenue & Customs in the UK, so we will do our best to offer you our very best price.
