Profoil RP Grade Hot Stamping Foils

Early 2018 we launched our own range of hot stamping foils with great success. Kicking off with the RP range, the foil is suitable for a wide range of paper and card materials. But furthermore, it performs excellently on both matt and gloss film laminated finishes. Usually on these types of board a certain foil grade is required. Our RP grade hot stamping foil has universal uses and therefore only one foil is needed for a wide range of work – saving you time & money from ordering different grades!

MACHINE TYPES
The foil is aimed for use on platen and cylinder machines. The foil works well across a varied temperature range of 90 – 130 degrees and goes down very well, often first time leaving minimal makeready or temperature adjustments for the perfect impression.

NEW COLOURS
While we started off with a limited range of mainly gold, silvers and a few colours, we have now expanded the range with the addition of some great new shades, including rose gold, harvest gold, cyan blue, marine blue, light copper and many more. We’ve also added a small range of specialty foils of holographic and clear. We’ve matched a couple of our colours to well-known industry standard colour shades such as 220 and 232 gold gloss to deliver the popular shades with the application benefits of the RP grade.

ROLL SIZES
The hot stamping foil is available in two different lengths; 122m & 305m and 640mm width as standard. We offer a FREE cutting service (minimum 50mm cut) if needed so the foil can arrive and be immediately used for your production run.

PRICES & DELIVERY
Prices start from just 0.16p per sq. metre with further discounts available for bulk orders. We offer worldwide delivery at very competitive rates through TNT/FedEx and ship to Europe on a daily basis.
